- Passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board.

- Eligibility conditions as per UP Secretariat Security & Fire Service Rules, 2000 (amended up to 2023).
- Preference: Minimum 2 years of service in Territorial Army or NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
